Site Activities

Festival Information Tent and MEDIA Check-in
Volunteers will answer your questions, help you find your way, provide updates and hand out brochures. This tent also serves as a check-in for all media, providing nametags, press kits, and parking passes as needed. ALL MEDIA, including videographers, photographers, and technicians must check-in before entering the site and Festival performances.

Lost and Found / First Aid Tent
Festival staff works with security and first aid experts to ensure a safe Festival site. Please come visit us if you need assistance while attending the festival.

Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
